Val has been in the billing and insurance field for 10+ years. She is our Financial Coordinator and Practice Administrator. While billing is a focus for her, she also helps with daily office management tasks, as well as patient and client care. At Meininger Plastic Surgery our top priority is quality care while having compassion for our patients, Val strives to deliver personalized quality care for every patient in her management role. She is eager to answer any questions regarding surgical procedures and pricing and can assist in scheduling your first meeting with Dr. Meininger and our practice. She serves as a liaison for the patient and insurance company to ensure proper billing, coding, and authorizations. She also assists patients with eligibility & benefit coverage questions.

Lisa has worked in the medical field for over 10 years, and as you enter our office Lisa will be the first to welcome you. Along with making patients feel welcome and relaxed she coordinates all the doctors’ appointments. She makes sure all pertinent information is organized for the doctor to ensure your appointment goes smoothly while also assisting the manager with daily tasks. Her calm demeanor makes your time in our office enjoyable and relaxing.

Kim is our surgical coordinator and office accounting liaison. For over 4 years she has been scheduling our patients’ surgical appointments. She understands surgical procedures, such as the necessary time a surgery takes and the medical staff necessary, to properly maintain a surgical schedule while also providing patients with pre- and post-operative instructions.
She oversees making sure that the facilities have the proper supplies and equipment for each surgery. In a busy office with an unpredictable surgical schedule, her attention to detail is impeccable and makes it look easy. We are happy to have her as part of our team.

Amanda has been with us since 2021 and what a great addition she has been. She graduated from Michigan State College of Nursing and has been a nurse for 3 and a half years. She got her start during the pandemic and worked on the frontlines. Since making the switch to the plastic surgery world, Amanda has built up a reputable cosmetic injectable patient base. She is passionate about helping patients feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. Her passion also includes skincare, health, and beauty. She has an artistic and creative eye that can help you safely and effectively reach your skin goals with treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, and curating skincare regimens.
